Abstract

Hailey-Hailey disease (HHD) is a rare cystic dermatosis, diagnosis and treatment are difficult. The article discusses the clinical features HHD in combination with multiple seborrheic keratosis (SK) on the background of insulin resistance of a 77 years old patient. Possible causes of the development of the SK are beeing discussed. The efficacy of topical and systemic antibiotic therapy was shown.
